Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally and in line with client expectations and contractual terms. You will prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, draft submissions for tax authorities, and represent clients before them. Advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements, along with a working knowledge of immigration and provident fund matters concerning expatriates, is also expected.

You will also be responsible for exhibiting a positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn, and working constructively with the team to enhance performance. Contributing to and leveraging knowledge from various sources, providing timely and high-quality work products that exceed client expectations, and participating in executing work within a group are integral parts of this role.

To be successful in this role, you must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include good written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and numerical abilities, an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, and being a team player with good time management skills are crucial.

Ideally, you will also possess good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfort in interacting with senior executives, both within the firm and at client organizations, is also desirable.
