EY seeks a motivated Consultant to join our Associate - SaT - AMI - SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence team in New Delhi. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting engagements professionally, meeting client expectations, and adhering to contract terms. This includes preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions, and representing clients before tax authorities. You will also provide advice on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements, with exposure to immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates. Additionally, you will actively participate in team-based work, deliver assignments effectively, and collaborate with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions. Ensuring work adheres to program guidelines, firm methodologies, and professional standards is crucial. You will utilize electronic working papers and various software for research, analyzing data to produce accurate and timely tax products, and maintaining meticulous documentation for inspections. Professionalism, confidentiality, and a cooperative attitude are essential when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Candidates must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, robust analytical and numerical abilities, an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, and excellent teamwork and time management skills. A keen ability to grasp details is also required. Ideally, candidates will possess good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
