As an Associate in the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) and Strategy and Transactions (SaT) teams, you will conduct thorough financial due diligence. This involves analyzing financial statements, identifying key trends, and evaluating business performance. You'll be responsible for assessing revenue, profitability, working capital, and cash flow, structuring and interpreting financial data for transaction-related insights, and preparing concise financial analyses and reports within a consulting framework.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of consulting methodologies. Proficiency in performing financial due diligence, including revenue, profitability, working capital, and cash flow analysis, is essential. You should be adept at structuring, cleaning, and interpreting financial data to provide data-driven financial assessments. A Chartered Accountant qualification is required, along with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
