Manage client engagements professionally, adhering to contractual terms and client expectations.

Handle individual tax return filings, e-TDS returns, and prepare submissions for tax authorities. Represent clients before tax authorities and provide guidance on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, including provident fund and immigration matters for expatriates.

Exhibit a positive, learning-oriented attitude and collaborate effectively with team members to enhance performance. Leverage collective knowledge from databases and individuals to deliver high-quality work products that exceed client expectations.

Execute assigned tasks efficiently within a group setting, collaborating with tax professionals to offer comprehensive solutions. Ensure adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, guidance, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and various software applications for efficient research and analysis. Develop technical competence and compliance process expertise by staying abreast of industry trends and technical authorities, applying them to complex scenarios. Analyze and transform data into accurate and timely tax products (advisory/compliance). Maintain professionalism through a positive, cooperative demeanor and by safeguarding client confidentiality. Contribute to team success by understanding methodologies and tools, keeping team members informed, and proactively seeking assignments and opportunities for tax services.

Candidates should possess good written and oral communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A strong analytical and numerical ability, coupled with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, is essential.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
