The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team helps clients reimagine ecosystems and reshape portfolios for a better future. Utilizing our Capital Agenda framework, we tackle the most challenging strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions for corporations, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions. Our expertise spans portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning analytics, and decision support, ensuring better capital allocation through advanced analytics and tools. We guide clients in managing risk/return trade-offs for informed decisions on financing and capital efficiency.

Execute financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Analyze historical financial statements, including earnings normalization and quality of earnings assessment. Review key financial metrics, working capital trends, debt-like items, and cash flow drivers. Apply statutory audit concepts to support accurate financial analysis and identify potential issues. Prepare comprehensive transaction-focused reports and provide actionable insights for client decision-making in diligence engagements.

A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential for this role. Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) or audit. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Possess a practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful, actionable solutions for complex issues. Demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and sustained positive energy, coupled with adaptability and creativity.
