As an Associate, your primary responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally and in line with client expectations and contractual terms. This involves preparing and filing tax returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients before them. You will also advise on inbound/outbound structuring for employee mobility, with working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Operationally, you will assist in executing work within a group, delivering tasks effectively, and collaborating with tax professionals. You will ensure assigned tasks adhere to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards, utilizing electronic working papers and various software applications for research. Developing technical knowledge and compliance process competence, analyzing data into tax products, and demonstrating professionalism are key.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and numerical abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Enthusiasm, a self-starting attitude, and excellent teamwork are essential.

To qualify, you must be a certified CA with 0-1 year of relevant experience. While not mandatory, good interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and comfort interacting with senior executives are highly desirable.
