This role is within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market, focusing on Financial Diligence within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team. We assist clients in navigating complex business landscapes by offering strategic financial advice, capital allocation insights, and risk management solutions.

As an Associate in Financial Diligence, you will be instrumental in client service delivery, managing multiple client engagements and taking ownership of smaller clients independently. You will ensure rigorous adherence to risk management strategies and proactively identify and escalate risk issues.

Your role will also involve contributing to knowledge management initiatives and improving processes for enhanced team collaboration. Furthermore, you will play a part in identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships and foster internal networking to gain broader market insights.

To excel in this position, a Chartered Accountant qualification with a strong academic record is essential, complemented by 1-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Key attributes include a solid understanding of business positioning, competitive analysis, and financial projections. You should be adept at analyzing historical and projected financial data, identifying deal-related issues, assessing their impact, and advising on mitigation strategies.

Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral, are crucial. Experience in due diligence as part of an M&A team or within Big 3 CA firms is highly valued. Prior exposure to audit and assurance practices in Big 4 CA firms, alongside industry experience in data analysis, MIS, and project handling, will set you apart.
