As an Associate in Financial Diligence, you will conduct thorough analysis of historical financial statements and assess the quality of earnings. You will review revenue, cost, working capital, and cash flow trends to identify key financial risks and opportunities for clients.

Your role involves performing detailed financial analysis and data validation to support transaction-related diligence workstreams. You will leverage your sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards to ensure accuracy and consistency in all outputs.

Key responsibilities include preparing concise diligence findings, compiling supporting documentation, and creating comprehensive financial summaries for transaction reviews. You will also be expected to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong understanding of financial diligence processes and the ability to analyze financial statements effectively. Proficiency in reviewing revenue, cost, working capital, and cash flow trends is essential for identifying financial risks and opportunities.
