You will manage engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contractual terms. Key duties include preparing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and providing advice on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, including immigration and provident fund considerations for expatriates. You will also support team performance, share knowledge, and deliver high-quality work. Operational responsibilities involve assisting in work execution, ensuring adherence to methodologies and professional standards, utilizing electronic working papers and research tools efficiently, and analyzing data for tax products.

Demonstrate competence in technical knowledge and compliance processes by staying updated on industry trends. Accurately convert data into tax advisory or compliance products and ensure their timeliness. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client relationships. Contribute to team success by understanding EY's methodologies, keeping colleagues informed of work status, and proactively seeking assignments and opportunities for tax services, while challenging traditional approaches to find innovative solutions.

To excel in this role, you should possess good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and numerical abilities are essential, along with an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude. You should also be a team player with the capacity to grasp details and manage your time effectively.

Candidates must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Ideally, you will also have good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives both within the firm and at client organizations.
