Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contractual terms. You will be involved in preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. Advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee mobility, and understanding immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates are also crucial.

Operational excellence involves participating in work execution within a team, delivering assigned tasks effectively, and collaborating with tax professionals for comprehensive solutions. Ensuring adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards is paramount. You will utilize electronic working papers and software applications for research, and convert data into accurate, timely tax products.

Successful candidates will possess good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A strong analytical and numerical ability, combined with enthusiasm and a self-starting attitude, is essential. You should be a team player with the ability to grasp details and manage time effectively.

To qualify, a certified CA designation is required, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience, making this role ideal for freshers. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is critical.
