As an Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client service across a diverse client portfolio, managing responsibilities for smaller clients with near independence. You will focus on risk management, ensuring adherence to established strategies and identifying potential risks on client assignments.

Your role will involve supporting knowledge management initiatives and process improvements to enhance team efficiency. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities with existing clients and communicate these to your manager.

Key responsibilities include analyzing historical and projected financial information, understanding competitive positioning, and identifying deal-specific issues. You will assess the impact of these issues on transactions, advise on mitigation strategies, and evaluate transaction risks. A strong understanding of transaction structures and their implications is essential, along with the ability to advise on structuring matters.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant qualification and have 0-3 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals with a collaborative approach, capable of working across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Previous experience in audit and assurance from Big 4 firms or due diligence experience within an M&A team is also beneficial.
