We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our operations and ensure accuracy in processing retirement-related transactions. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our services.

Process retirement operations requests accurately, meeting defined turnaround times and quality standards. Review forms and supporting documents, validating client details for various retirement account types. Understand and apply federal and state tax withholding rules for retirement distributions. Differentiate between transfers and rollovers, ensuring correct tax reporting. Escalate any exceptions or discrepancies identified during processing.

Collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore teams, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and exercise sound judgment in all operational tasks. Follow established operating procedures and controls consistently.

A Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in retirement operations, ideally within wealth management, brokerage, or financial services. A solid understanding of various retirement account types (e.g., IRAs, 401(k)s) and distribution processes is essential. Familiarity with tax withholding rules and reporting forms is also necessary.
