Our teams deliver comprehensive support in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge services, enabling seamless, high-quality client experiences worldwide. As an Associate in Resource Management, your key responsibilities will include accurately updating resource schedules using tools like Retain/Profinda, and proactively resolving any scheduling conflicts. You will conduct timely reviews of resource availability against requirements to ensure optimal utilization.

Key duties also involve efficient mailbox management to fulfill scheduling requests within defined turnaround times, and optimizing resource utilization through effective schedule management. You will also be responsible for generating and analyzing reports related to resource availability, utilization, and forecasting to support strategic planning.

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with 0-3 years of experience in resource management, workforce management, or general operations, demonstrating a strong acumen for resource allocation. Essential skills include good verbal and written communication, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent teaming and interpersonal abilities.

Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude and thrive under tight deadlines. A strong interest in business and commerciality is highly valued. Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
