As an Associate-Resource Management, you will be the primary staffing point of contact for your assigned region or service line. Your role involves collaborating with service delivery managers to forecast staffing needs, analyze demand patterns, manage demand-supply matching, and identify any gaps. You will be responsible for scheduling individuals on projects, optimizing employee utilization, and effectively managing the bench.

Key duties include capturing demand projections, understanding demand heuristics, and identifying actionable demand. You will calculate staffing requirements based on projections, deadlines, and productivity targets, while also identifying suitable staffing options by matching skills, roles, and experience. Creating schedules to maximize service and minimize costs, updating schedules in the Retain tool, and resolving scheduling conflicts are essential. Proactive reviews of resource availability and future project demands, along with minimizing the bench pipeline through proactive deployment, are crucial. Tracking and reporting on key WFM KPIs such as employee utilization, time to fulfill demand, and bench aging will also be part of your responsibilities.

We are seeking Graduates with 2-3 years of experience in workforce management. A solid understanding of business models and the operational/financial aspects of service delivery is preferred. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills, can compute staffing demands, validate skills against demand, identify suitable candidates from internal pools, and negotiate staffing solutions.

Essential qualifications include excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written), basic MS Excel proficiency, and strong teaming and interpersonal abilities. A positive attitude and the capacity to excel under tight deadlines are also key.

Ideally, you will have prior experience with workforce management concepts, resource deployment, and scheduling. Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in resource management, demand planning, and scheduling within consulting, technology, financial services, accounting, or professional services organizations are highly desirable. We're looking for proactive individuals with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and eager to learn.
