As an Associate in Resource Management, you will be instrumental in managing manpower and resources effectively using EY GDS's advanced deployment tools. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining accurate resource schedules, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely fulfillment of scheduling requests via email.

You will optimize resource utilization, conduct proactive reviews of availability versus requirements, and manage dedicated mailboxes. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for generating comprehensive reports on resource availability, utilization, and forecasting, contributing critical insights to team operations.

We are seeking driven professionals with 0-3 years of experience in resource management, workforce management, or general operations with a strong understanding of resource allocation principles. Essential qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and strong teaming and interpersonal abilities.

An ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative in resolving routine issues, and be adept at working under pressure. While not mandatory, basic knowledge of Power BI and the broader MS Office suite would be advantageous.
