Join our dynamic Finance Transformation team as an Associate, specializing in Record to Report processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include meticulously recording intercompany transactions, ensuring proper elimination and reconciliation according to accounting policies. You'll coordinate with various teams to guarantee intercompany balance accuracy and swiftly resolve any discrepancies.

Assist in seamless month-end and year-end closing processes, crucial for timely financial report completion. You will execute general ledger (GL) period-end close activities, verifying the accuracy of financial transactions and their proper recording. Prepare essential journal entries and account reconciliations, alongside performing monthly bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.

Conduct BS Account reconciliations and generate insightful financial reports to highlight the company's financial health. Provide vital accounting support to business units (BUs), ensuring their transactions are accurately and promptly recorded. Collaborate with BUs to refine processes, address issues, and enhance overall financial understanding.

We are looking for professionals with 4-6 years of proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. A strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls is essential.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required, with experience in ERP systems being a significant advantage. You should possess robust analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are vital for effective collaboration with internal teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting is also key. This role is based at our Bengaluru Eco space location.
