Join our BSv organization as a Process Expert, specializing in Record to Analyze (R2A) processes. This role is crucial for achieving team service levels and key measurement targets, delivering high-quality, cost-effective services that drive business outcomes. You will adopt frictionless finance practices, technologies, and methodologies to foster innovation and continuous process improvement.

As an expert, you'll manage transactions from simple to complex, resolve standard process-related issues, and handle period-end close activities. Your responsibilities will include reporting and reconciliations, as well as collaborating with Client's Financial Controllers.

Process non-complex to complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Resolve standard process-related issues promptly and effectively. Prepare and finalize period-end close activities and associated reporting. Perform detailed reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate effectively with Client's Financial Controllers. Support experienced Finance specialists with progress reporting, task management, and documentation for Finance activities.

This role is considered an entry to mid-junior level within a Finance Administration function. A strong team spirit and the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships are essential. Candidates should demonstrate initiative while understanding the importance of seeking guidance or escalating issues when necessary.
