Join our BSv organization as a Process Expert specializing in Record to Analyze (R2A) processes. This role focuses on achieving service levels, meeting key performance targets, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services that drive significant business outcomes. You will contribute to a customer-centric and compliant service environment by adopting innovative finance practices, technologies, and methodologies.

Leveraging your expertise in R2A processes such as record, report, and analyze, you will manage transactions from basic to complex, resolve standard process-related issues, and finalize period-end activities. Collaboration with Client Financial Controllers and performing reconciliations are also key aspects of this position.

Handle both simple and complex transactions within R2A processes. Resolve standard issues related to the established processes. Prepare and finalize period-end closing activities and generate necessary reports. Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Interact with Client Financial Controllers on a regular basis. Support experienced Finance specialists by managing progress reporting, task execution, and documentation for finance activities. Adopt frictionless finance practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery.

This role is suited for entry and mid-junior level professionals in a Finance Administration capacity. Demonstrate strong teamwork and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Exhibit initiative and the capacity to work independently with appropriate supervision, knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
