Join our BSv organization as an Associate Record to Analyze Process Expert. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong understanding of one or more Record to Analyze (R2A) processes, including record, report, and analyze functions. You will contribute to achieving service level agreements and key performance targets, delivering high-quality, cost-effective services that drive significant business outcomes.

We focus on adopting frictionless finance practices, methodologies, and technologies to foster innovation and continuous process improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in processing a range of transactions, resolving standard process issues, and managing period-end close activities and reporting, including liaising with the Client's Financial Controllers and performing essential reconciliations.

Process non-complex to complex transactions efficiently. Resolve standard process-related issues with accuracy. Prepare and finalize period-end closing activities and financial reporting. Conduct essential reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Interact effectively with Client's Financial Controllers. Support experienced Finance specialists in progress reporting and task management. Contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation for Finance activities.

This position is suitable for entry to mid-junior level Finance Administration professionals. Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player and build positive relationships with stakeholders is essential. Candidates should be capable of acting on their own initiative while understanding when to seek guidance or escalate issues. Experience in processing financial transactions and performing reconciliations is expected. A foundational understanding of Record to Analyze (R2A) processes is required. Familiarity with finance administration tasks and basic reporting procedures is necessary.
