Join our BSv organization as an Associate Record to Analyze Process Expert. This role leverages in-depth knowledge of Record to Analyze (R2A) processes, including record, report, and analyze functions.

You will be instrumental in achieving team service levels and key measurement targets, delivering high-quality, cost-effective services that drive compelling business outcomes. We foster a customer-focused and compliant service environment through the adoption of frictionless finance practices, innovative technologies, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities include processing non-complex to complex transactions and resolving standard process-related issues. You will also be responsible for preparing and finalizing period-end closing activities and reporting, including interactions with Client Financial Controllers. Performing reconciliations is a key part of this role.

This is an entry to mid-junior level Finance Administration role. We seek a strong team player who can build excellent stakeholder relationships and act with initiative under regular supervision, knowing when to seek guidance or escalate. You will support experienced Finance specialists by delivering progress reporting, task management, and documentation for Finance activities. While prior experience is expected, we are open to professionals ready to contribute to our dynamic team.
