Join our BSv organization as an Associate Record to Analyze Process Expert. This role leverages your expertise in Record to Analyze (R2A) processes, including record, report, and analyze functions, to achieve key service level targets and deliver high-quality, cost-effective services that drive business outcomes. You will contribute to a customer-focused and compliant service environment by adopting frictionless finance practices, technologies, and methodologies to foster innovation and process improvements.

You will be responsible for processing a range of transactions, from non-complex to complex, and resolving standard process-related issues. This includes the preparation and finalization of period-end close activities and reporting, engaging with Client's Financial Controllers, and performing essential reconciliations. As a junior-level professional, you will support experienced Finance specialists by contributing to progress reporting, task management, and documentation for finance activities.

This is an entry and mid-junior level position within a Finance Administration role. We seek a strong team player with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. You should be capable of acting on your own initiative while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues. A foundational understanding of finance operations and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
