Join the Quality Services (QS) team, a vital part of Alexa Tech Support, dedicated to ensuring the quality of Amazon's Devices, Retail, and AWS products. This role focuses on manual testing, contributing to the delivery of high-quality customer experiences.

The QS organization is a dynamic, 1000+ member team operating globally, with a significant presence in Chennai, India. We support over 65 product teams, encompassing Amazon Devices, consumer applications, AWS services, advertising, and video content.

As an Associate in Quality Services, your primary responsibility will be the accurate and timely execution of manual test cases. You will gain a thorough understanding of application test procedures and master the use of relevant software and tools.

Key duties include reporting test results promptly, identifying and documenting any observed deviations, and staying updated on changes to test instructions. Adherence to defined processes is crucial for success in this role.

To be successful in this role, a Bachelor's degree is required. You should possess a foundational understanding of QA methodology and common testing tools.
