Join the Quality Services (QS) organization, a vital part of our Devices, Retail, and AWS product support. We focus on manual testing to ensure the highest quality for our offerings. As an Associate, Quality Services, you'll meticulously execute documented test instructions, delivering accurate results while meeting daily targets and adhering strictly to established processes.

This role involves understanding application test procedures and mastering relevant software tools. You will execute test instructions with precision and report findings promptly. Key duties include identifying and reporting any observed deviations. You are expected to grasp and implement any changes to test instructions pertinent to your assigned tasks. Adherence to defined processes is crucial for successful task completion. Flexibility to work in shifts based on business needs will be required.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Solid understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methodology and tools is essential. While not mandatory, experience in testing consumer devices is a preferred qualification.
