The Quality Services organization provides essential testing support across Devices, Retail, and AWS products, with a primary focus on manual testing. As an Associate, you will perform detailed manual test execution, produce accurate results, and meet daily targets while strictly following defined workflows.

As an Associate, Quality Services, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing a strong understanding of application test procedures and proficiency in using relevant software and tools. - Executing test instructions with precision and reporting test outcomes accurately and promptly. - Identifying and reporting any observed deviations from expected behavior. - Comprehending and adapting to changes in test instructions pertinent to your assigned tasks. - Diligently following defined processes to complete assigned work.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree. - Foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) methodology and associated tools. - A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in test execution and reporting. - The ability to understand and follow documented procedures.
