Join our Quality Services team as an Associate, focusing on the manual execution of documented task instructions for product components and features. You will be responsible for meeting defined productivity and quality targets, adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs), and following established processes to ensure product excellence.

Key responsibilities include developing a strong understanding of application test procedures and the tools used. You will meticulously execute test instructions, accurately and promptly report test results, and identify and report any observed deviations.

Furthermore, you will stay informed about any changes to test instructions relevant to your assigned tasks and consistently follow defined processes to complete your work.

The Quality Services organization provides essential testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products, with a primary focus on manual testing.

Basic qualifications for this role include holding a Bachelor's degree and possessing a foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) methodology and tools. Preferred qualifications involve an understanding of software test techniques and strategy.
