This role is integral to our Quality Services (QS) organization, which provides crucial testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The core mission of QS is to deliver high-quality manual testing services, ensuring our products meet stringent standards.

As an Associate, Quality Services, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing a strong understanding of application test procedures and relevant software tools. - Executing test instructions with precision and reporting results promptly and accurately. - Identifying and reporting any observed deviations from expected outcomes. - Staying informed about any modifications to test instructions pertinent to your assigned tasks. - Adhering strictly to defined processes for all assigned work to maintain quality and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

- A foundational understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies and tools. - A Bachelor's degree.

Preferred qualifications include experience with software testing techniques such as equivalence class partitioning and a solid grasp of the software testing life cycle.
