Lead AMS engagements, encompassing both support and enhancement activities, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Apply strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, to maintain service stability and efficiency.

Utilize ticket management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy for effective tracking and resolution.

Function as a Scrum Master or Project Manager within Agile frameworks, fostering collaboration and iterative development.

Conduct thorough analysis of KPIs to drive service improvements and optimize delivery processes.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.

Possess 7-9 years of experience in AMS and Managed Services Delivery, with a proven track record of leading support and enhancement projects.

Demonstrate a robust understanding of ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management, and relevant governance frameworks.

Proficiency in using ticket management systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy, and experience in Agile environments as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
