Seeking an experienced Associate Program Director to lead our ERP Testing Platform initiatives. This role requires extensive expertise in test automation and a deep understanding of complex ERP landscapes.

The ideal candidate will architect and implement scalable automation frameworks, drive adoption of AI-driven testing strategies, and lead high-performing delivery teams.

This is a critical position for shaping our testing strategies and ensuring the highest quality across our ERP solutions.

Architect and build scalable, reusable automation frameworks, including tool strategy, object models, CI/CD integration, and enterprise-grade reporting dashboards.

Develop, debug, and optimize automation suites across UI, API, and database layers, leveraging deep knowledge of ERP-specific test patterns.

Lead and mentor automation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and delivery teams of 50+ members, managing sprint planning, effort estimation, and quality gates.

Spearhead RFP responses, develop solution proposals, and deliver compelling CxO-level presentations to translate client challenges into actionable automation roadmaps.

Must possess 20+ years of experience in Test Automation, with hands-on mastery of Tricentis Tosca and Opkey, including framework design, module creation, and test data management.

Proven track record automating scenarios for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, or Oracle EBS, covering functional, regression, integration, and data migration cycles.

Experience enabling multi-tool strategies and seamless integration within diverse client technology ecosystems, with exposure to large-scale ERP upgrades and cloud migrations.

Ability to engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and Program Managers, advising on test strategy, tool selection, and automation ROI with data-backed recommendations.
