Seeking an accomplished Associate Program Director with extensive experience in PTC Windchill to lead solution architecture and project delivery. This role demands a deep understanding of product development methodologies and a strong aptitude for designing and implementing end-to-end PLM solutions.

Key responsibilities include architectural design, implementation of PLM solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations. You will also be instrumental in guiding presales engagements and providing expert consultations.

A minimum of 18 to 20 years of dedicated experience in PTC Windchill is essential. Expertise in solution design, customization debugging, development fundamentals, documentation, testing, maintenance, and performance tuning is required. A strong foundation in product development methodologies, including Agile, source management, problem resolution, automated testing, and DevOps tools like GITHUB and SVN, is also crucial.

Proficiency with PTC Windchill 12.x/13.x (all modules) and experience in developing/implementing PLM on Cloud are expected. You should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Experience with data models, security, workflows, data migration, customizations, integrations (including middleware and SAP), and architecture is vital. Familiarity with PLM processes such as BOM Management, Part Management, Document Management, and CAD Integration is necessary. Knowledge of ERP and CAD integrations, light-weight generation, BOMs in context management, UML, and Unix administration are beneficial.
