Spearhead the Amrize AI and automation roadmap, leveraging Birlasoft Sigma GenEx as the core AI orchestration framework. This role also integrates AWS and Google AI services to drive innovation across the organization.

The Associate Program Director will be instrumental in defining and governing AI/automation use cases across critical IT functions, including Service Desk, desktop support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, and SAP.

This position involves deep integration with key Amrize systems and ensuring the secure, responsible, and production-ready deployment of AI solutions.

Define and govern AI/automation use cases for Service Desk, desktop support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, and SAP. Integrate Sigma GenEx with Amrize systems like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, and others. Utilize Amazon Bedrock/Q and Google Vertex AI/Gemini for grounded AI, agents, and workflow automation. Ensure adherence to security, responsible-AI, access, architecture, UAT, CAB, and production readiness controls. Track key metrics such as ticket automation, deflection, FCR, MTTR, DEX, and benefit realization. Participate in due diligence, KT, shadow, and reverse-shadow activities during transitions. Validate inventories, access, SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and open risks. Demonstrate operational readiness and support transition/hypercare closure.

Proficiency in Birlasoft Sigma GenEx, Agentic AI, GenAI orchestration, RAG, and enterprise AI governance. Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Agents, Knowledge Bases, guardrails, foundation models, Amazon Q, and AWS integration. Familiarity with Google Vertex AI, Gemini, grounding/RAG, agent development, and Google Workspace APIs. Hands-on experience with Nexthink DEX for experience scoring, investigations, and remediation. Knowledge of Dynatrace, PagerDuty AIOps, ServiceNow, CloudWatch/CloudTrail, and event-driven automation. Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and cloud operations. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. AWS Certified Generative AI Developer - Professional or AWS Certified AI Practitioner certifications are preferred. Google Cloud Generative AI Leader or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certifications are advantageous. Nexthink platform, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Terraform, Kubernetes, and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
