As part of the largest sub-service function, Independence within RMS, you'll help EY professionals maintain auditor objectivity. This involves assessing employee financial and personal relationships, conducting investigations, and resolving personal independence matters. The RMS Independence team is a global network with a significant presence in India, making this a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As an Associate in the GDS RMS Independence PICT team, you will develop a strong understanding of Personal Independence concepts, including financial interests and business relationships. You will execute established EYG Independence policies, conduct research, and update various EY tools and databases. Your work will involve analyzing professionals' financial holdings and relationships to determine independence compliance. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and stakeholders to resolve queries and gather essential information, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's or post-graduate degree, preferably in Finance, from a reputable institution. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in research and analysis within a professional services firm. Essential skills include well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities, both verbal and written, in English.

Familiarity with financial products such as equities, mutual funds, pension plans, and insurance policies is required. You should also be proficient in MS Office suites, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Strong ethical conduct, integrity, and a client-centric mindset are vital.
