The Associate Partner role is within our National Capital and Debt Advisory team, focusing on sector-agnostic engagements across various industries. We empower clients to reimagine ecosystems and reshape portfolios for a better future.

Drive technical excellence in capital and debt advisory engagements, supporting transaction structuring and financing solutions. Analyze client needs, evaluate alternatives, and develop data-driven recommendations using core consulting methodologies. Prepare transaction materials and financial analyses for capital markets and debt assignments. Contribute to partner-led advisory work in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment, managing commercial, financial, and risk considerations.

Possess a strong technical foundation in capital and debt advisory, with a proven ability to support transaction structuring and financing. Expertise in core consulting methodologies for client analysis and solution development. Hands-on experience in creating transaction materials, financial analyses, and advisory deliverables for capital markets and debt engagements. Demonstrate capability in contributing to partner-led advisory work, understanding deal execution, and managing commercial, financial, and risk aspects. Requires a Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, or Master of Business Administration, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
