This Associate-Operations role within CBS - RM - PROJ & OPERATIONS in Mumbai is part of our enablement functions, designed to enhance operational efficiency across EY. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, providing essential knowledge, resources, and tools to deliver exceptional client service and support EY's growth.

As part of the Risk Management Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will manage vendor onboarding requests and RM COE service requests from initiation to completion. This involves ensuring timely execution, proper documentation, and adherence to ethical standards and defined procedures. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality work in line with EY methodologies, coordinating closely with engagement teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records. Drive process improvements by identifying risks early, escalating issues, and suggesting efficiency enhancements, while assisting in the review of vendor documentation for compliance.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in Risk Management. A strong academic background is essential, with qualifications including Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or Bachelor of Computer Applications. Postgraduate qualifications such as Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration are also highly regarded. Successful candidates will possess the ability to collaborate effectively, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and creativity in their approach.
