As part of the India Risk Management team, you will uphold the firm’s compliance, risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards. This includes testing data blocks, managing exceptions and incidents, overseeing data retention, and ensuring compliance with mandatory learnings and enterprise risk management.

You will support data governance reviews, identify risks and control gaps, and contribute to firmwide data protection and disposition activities. Additionally, you'll assess and monitor risks associated with AI and automation tools, assisting in data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI. Preparing reports, presentations, and management review materials will be key, alongside managing risk management tools, driving compliance for mandatory learning, and maintaining trackers for monitoring and follow-up. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and preparing communication mailers to enhance process improvements and compliance are also integral parts of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Computer Applications, or Bachelor of Business Administration. A Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Computer Applications is also valued. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Management is required.
