The Operations team at EY supports efficient functioning across the organization. As part of the CBS - RM - PROJ & OPERATIONS team in Mumbai, you will collaborate with various departments to provide essential knowledge, resources, and tools that enable EY to deliver exceptional client service and drive growth.

Manage vendor onboarding requests and RM COE service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution, proper escalation, thorough documentation, and adherence to ethical standards and defined procedures.

Deliver high-quality work in alignment with EY methodology and engagement team expectations. Build expertise in risk management, understanding key business processes and client-specific risks.

Coordinate closely with engagement teams and requestors to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth process execution. Drive quality and process improvements by identifying issues early, escalating as needed, and proposing efficiency enhancements.

Assist in reviewing vendor onboarding documentation, validating third-party details, and assessing risk considerations to ensure compliance with RM policies and requirements. Maintain and update vendor and engagement-related databases and trackers.

We are seeking individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience in Risk Management.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or Bachelor of Computer Applications. Postgraduate qualifications such as Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration are also considered.
