As an Associate in Operations, you'll be part of our CBS (Client Technology and Platforms) - RM (Risk Management) - Project & Operations team in Mumbai. You will contribute to EY's mission of building a better working world by supporting our enablement functions, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

As part of the India Risk Management team, your role involves upholding the firm's compliance and risk management policies, adhering to regulatory requirements, and implementing data protection and loss prevention measures. This includes testing data blocks, managing exceptions, handling data incidents, overseeing data retention, and ensuring compliance with mandatory learnings. You will also support reviews of data governance, identify control gaps, and contribute to firmwide data protection initiatives. Utilizing Excel and Power BI, you'll extract, analyze, and validate data, preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review. Additionally, you'll manage risk management tools, drive compliance for mandatory learnings, maintain risk trackers, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare communication materials to enhance processes and compliance.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Computer Applications, or Bachelor of Business Administration is required. A Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Computer Applications is also welcomed. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in Risk Management.
