As part of our CBS (Client Business Services) team, you will play a crucial role in enabling EY professionals to operate efficiently. You'll collaborate with various internal teams, providing the essential knowledge, resources, and tools that drive exceptional client service, market success, and overall business growth and profitability. Our CBS professionals are integral to Finance, IT, HR, and other critical functions.

As an Internal Business Advisor, your primary role is to provide high-quality advisory and support to our internal client-serving teams across India and Bangladesh. You will focus on optimizing their use of SAP and related financial processes to effectively manage client projects.

Key daily activities include: - Collaborating with Finance teams to assist client-serving teams with their financial matters. - Preparing and delivering training sessions on SAP and finance processes. - Offering virtual support via phone or email to address immediate queries. - Educating and guiding teams with recommendations and best practices. - Ensuring timely responses or escalating issues as needed. - Documenting all interactions in the system. - Sharing best practices and supporting colleagues across different regions and service lines. - Staying current with firm policies, processes, and tools.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required. While not mandatory, prior finance experience will be highly beneficial.
