This Associate role within Operations, specifically in CBS - FIN - FP&A Account Support, is crucial for enhancing our internal efficiency. As an Internal Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal client-serving teams in India and Bangladesh, guiding them to effectively leverage SAP and its processes for managing projects with EY’s external clients. You will provide high-quality advice to our internal stakeholders.

Your daily responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Finance teams to assist client-serving teams with their financial queries. - Developing and delivering training sessions on SAP and finance processes for client-serving teams. - Offering virtual support via phone or email to client-serving teams. - Partnering with teams to resolve immediate questions and providing guidance through recommendations and training. - Ensuring timely responses or escalating issues when necessary. - Documenting all interactions within the system. - Sharing best practices and supporting colleagues across different borders and service lines. - Staying current with firm policies, processes, and tools. - Maintaining strong connections with business and functional experts. - Pursuing self-education to expand knowledge.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce degree is required. While not mandatory, prior finance experience would be advantageous.
