This Associate role within Operations focuses on FP&A Account Support, contributing to the efficiency of our enablement functions. As part of the Connected Business Services (CBS) team, you will collaborate across departments to provide the essential knowledge, resources, and tools that enable EY to deliver exceptional client service, achieve market success, and drive profitability.

As an Internal Business Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our internal client-serving teams across India and Bangladesh. Your primary focus will be on optimizing their use of SAP and its associated processes for effective project management with EY’s external clients.

Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with Finance teams to assist client-serving teams with their financial queries. - Preparing and delivering training sessions on SAP and finance-related topics. - Providing remote support via phone and email to client-serving teams. - Resolving immediate client questions and escalating issues as needed. - Educating and guiding users through recommendations and best practices. - Documenting all client interactions within the system. - Sharing expertise and supporting team members across different regions and service lines. - Staying current with EY’s latest policies, processes, and tools. - Maintaining strong connections with business and functional experts. - Proactively seeking knowledge and engaging in self-education.
