This role is within our Operations division, specifically in CBS - FIN - FP&A Account Support, based in Gurgaon. Our enablement functions are designed to enhance EY's operational efficiency. As an Internal Business Advisor, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting our internal client-serving teams across India and Bangladesh. Your primary objective will be to guide them in effectively utilizing SAP and its associated processes to manage client projects. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality advisory services to our internal stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Finance teams to engage client-serving teams and assist with their financial matters. - Preparing and delivering training sessions for client-serving teams on SAP and finance-related topics. - Providing virtual support to client-serving teams via phone or email. - Partnering with teams to promptly resolve their immediate queries. - Educating and guiding users through recommendations and training materials. - Ensuring timely responses or appropriate escalation of issues. - Documenting all interactions (calls, emails, chats) within the system. - Sharing best practices and supporting colleagues across different borders and service lines. - Staying current with the firm's latest policies, processes, and tools. - Maintaining connections with business and functional experts. - Proactively seeking knowledge and engaging in self-education.

To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree. While not mandatory, experience in a finance-related field would be advantageous.
