As an Associate in Internal Audit, your primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of established internal controls and procedures. You will identify critical organizational risks and propose suitable mitigation strategies.

A key aspect of this role involves performing detailed expense analysis and voucher verification. You will also review the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial information presented to management. Preparing clear and concise audit reports, aligned with the approved audit plan, is also a core duty.

To excel in this role, a strong foundation in internal audit, risk assessment, and control functions is essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are crucial for effective interaction and reporting.

Proficiency in SAP Concur, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI is required. While not mandatory, prior experience in expense vouching and analysis will be considered an advantage.

We seek individuals with a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and preference will be given to those with a Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in Audit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative spirit, a practical problem-solving approach, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
