This Associate - Operations role is within our CBS - FIN - Controlling-General Accounting team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency. As part of our enablement functions, you will collaborate across teams, providing essential knowledge, resources, and tools to support EY's commitment to exceptional client service, market competitiveness, and sustained growth.

Manage and meticulously review high-volume expense reimbursements using SAP Concur and advanced Excel skills. Address claimant inquiries, process service requests, and validate payments with high accuracy. Recover cash advances and process cash surrender entries to support finance operations. Efficiently track claims placed on hold due to deficiencies, ensuring prompt resolution and closure.

Leverage Power BI and M365 for enhanced reporting, documentation, and operational coordination, if applicable.

A Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree is required. Additionally, a Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration is preferred.

Must possess at least two years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential for managing expense reimbursements and financial data.
