Join our dynamic team as a Network Operations II associate, a critical role in our Engineering as a Service / Operate division. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless network operations by providing expert first-line support and managing network infrastructure. This position requires a deep understanding of various networking protocols and technologies, enabling you to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to the ongoing development of our data center environments.
Key responsibilities include delivering immediate support for all network-related incidents and collaborating closely with the Network Engineering team to facilitate data center build implementations. You will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and easily understandable documentation for new builds and standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will perform essential routine upgrades and configurations for both hardware and software components, ensuring the optimal performance and security of our network.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a minimum of two years in network, security, and transport-related roles. A CCNA certification is highly preferred. Expertise in routing and switching technologies within datacenter networks, a strong grasp of the TCP/IP protocol suite, and fundamental knowledge of transport, network, and internet routing concepts are essential. Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSCP, and EIGRP, alongside a solid understanding of security policies, IDS/IPS, and DWMD, is required. Proficiency in administering Cisco product lines (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NXOS) and a strong command of firewall technologies are also necessary. Familiarity with Cisco Campus and VXLAN environments, network security practices, and Cisco ASA operation is expected. Experience with Linux and the ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, are also key qualifications.
