This role is for an Associate in National Markets, specifically within the CBS - C&I - MAT - Solution Activation team in Gurgaon. The National team comprises sector-agnostic professionals, offering a well-rounded experience across industries. The Markets team supports account teams in driving revenue growth through an account-centric approach, aligning services and solutions with client needs.

As an Associate in Solution Activation, you will be instrumental in supporting account teams to drive revenue growth. You will contribute to an account-centric approach, ensuring consistency in identifying and aligning services with pressing client issues. This involves leveraging EY methodologies, executing guidance, and utilizing tools and strategic programs for rigorous engagements. You will also access the latest EY insights, solutions, and client conversation tools to foster meaningful client interactions and generate additional value.

To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA/PGDM degree and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Key technical skills include proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, VBA Macros, MS Word, and MS Forms. Familiarity with MS Power Apps, Alteryx, JIRA, Murals, Python, and Sharepoint is a plus.
