As a Sales Analytics & GTM Intelligence Analyst, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership and teams to enhance decision-making through comprehensive reporting, insightful dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics. Your key responsibilities include owning sales MIS, management reporting, and GTM analytics to support strategic growth across product lines.

You will build and maintain essential sales dashboards covering pipeline, pursuits, wins, revenue, and forecasts. Additionally, you will analyze performance across different segments to identify growth opportunities and develop executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership reviews.

Conducting market research and competitor intelligence will be crucial for identifying new go-to-market opportunities. You will leverage AI and LLM tools to automate reporting, generate deeper insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall decision-making processes. Partnering with sales leaders to track targets, productivity metrics, and account performance will also be a core part of this role.

To excel in this role, you need a strong foundation in sales analytics and dashboarding, with hands-on experience in creating sales dashboards, pipeline reports, and revenue tracking using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, coupled with robust data modeling skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights, is essential.

Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills are vital for presenting insights clearly through structured reports and executive summaries. A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to deliver insightful, practical solutions are highly valued.

We are looking for individuals who are agile, curious, mindful, and possess a positive, adaptable, and creative mindset. While a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required, we also seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Financial Analysis. Exposure to AI tools and an understanding of sales funnel metrics are also beneficial.
