Drive data-backed decision-making by delivering comprehensive reporting, interactive dashboards, and market intelligence. Analyze sales performance across various segments to uncover growth opportunities and develop executive-ready reports and presentations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform Go-To-Market strategies.

Utilize AI and LLM tools to automate reporting processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve overall decision-making capabilities. Partner closely with sales leaders to track key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and account performance, recommending data-driven interventions to boost sales effectiveness and market coverage.

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Financial Analysis.

Essential skills include strong proficiency in Sales Analytics, Dashboarding using tools like Power BI and Tableau, advanced Excel and SQL skills, data modeling, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities are crucial for presenting findings effectively.

Experience with AI tools, LLMs, and automation in analytics is highly preferred. A practical, collaborative, and adaptable approach to problem-solving is expected, along with a curious and agile mindset. Candidates should be mindful and able to sustain positive energy while demonstrating creativity.
