This position involves communicating and presenting complex analytical findings and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders. You will utilize advanced AI and ML techniques, including NLP, NLU, semantic understanding, computer vision, deep learning, and ASR.
Working with large-scale computing frameworks and data analysis systems, you'll apply your knowledge of experimental methodologies, statistics, optimization, probability theory, and machine learning. Proficiency in coding for tool building and statistical analysis, using general-purpose software and statistical languages, is essential.
Develop and deploy cutting-edge AI and machine learning strategies, with a primary focus on marketing applications. An understanding of the complete content supply chain will be a valuable asset.
Partner with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and prioritize AI and ML initiatives. Embrace a hands-on, self-driven approach, continuously exploring new methods, languages, and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI/ML/Generative AI.
Leverage deep expertise in AI/ML/Generative AI, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps to facilitate daily product deployments. This includes full automation across the SDLC/AIDLC lifecycle, from code check-in to production. Adherence to employment contract terms, company policies, and directives is expected.
Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. - A minimum of 6 years in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics, with at least 8 years specifically in AI/ML engineering. - The last 3 years must be focused on Generative AI technologies, including expertise in OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and fine-tuning. - Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn. - Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Proven hands-on experience in AI and driving the development of innovative AI/ML solutions. - Strong command of Python or other programming languages for data analysis and AI/ML development. - Expertise in AI/ML techniques such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, reinforcement learning, and LLMs.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in engineering, mathematics, or statistics. - Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams in a global, diverse setting. - Ability to establish and uphold AI/ML best practices, standards, and ethical guidelines. - Track record of realizing value from AI/ML products and delivering production-ready solutions. - History of successfully implementing high-impact AI/ML solutions for real-world problems and use cases.
