This role is integral to the Talent Services team within Global Delivery Services, a crucial function providing comprehensive HR and learning support to EY member firms. This includes assistance with recruitment, onboarding, people data administration, learning administration, cross-border travel, global mobility, and performance management.

As an Associate Learning Deployment Specialist, you will be deeply involved in the execution of learning programs for EY Germany. Collaborating closely with senior specialists and program managers, you will oversee learning administration activities and analyze feedback to ensure program effectiveness. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international team.

Key responsibilities include developing initial course schedules for review and submitting requests for offering scheduling and content publication in SuccessFactors. You will support the comprehensive execution of learning course deployment plans, managing budgets and overseeing conference and event logistics.

Furthermore, you will monitor participant nominations, manage cancellations, and coordinate rescheduled training sessions. Preparing facilitators for course delivery and managing their logistics are also vital aspects of this role. Maintaining SharePoint sites with relevant content and joining instructions, alongside building strong relationships with the EY Germany learning team, are essential for success.

You will also assist in hosting online modules and virtual learning projects, analyze learning course evaluation feedback, and contribute to broader Talent Development initiatives. Ensuring CE credits are awarded appropriately to participants and instructors is another key duty.

Ideal candidates possess an understanding of EY and its Talent framework, coupled with strong stakeholder management and business consulting skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities are crucial for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
