This role is within our Talent team, focused on empowering you with a sense of purpose and valuable career experiences. We collaborate across functions and service lines to develop strategic solutions that enhance our strategy and employer value proposition (EVP).

Manage vendor and event logistics, particularly for residential programs.

Prepare data analytics, MIS reports, and manage petty cash.

Develop budgets for events and oversee accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain the training calendar, track progress, and manage class rosters, including cancellations and no-show charges.

Update classroom attendance in SuccessFactors and record qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Handle training room allocation, booking, and timely cancellations, providing executive support to the L&D team.

Create and manage engagement codes, and facilitate participant registration through tele-calling.

Coordinate printing, binding, and dispatch of participant materials.

Identify vendors and locations for programs and manage purchase orders.

Arrange travel and accommodation for faculty and participants, both domestically and internationally.

Provide on-site support for residential and partially residential programs, requiring mandatory travel.

Coordinate virtual learning sessions, including webcasts and virtual instructor-led training.

Address stakeholder queries effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or Bachelor of Computer Applications.

Additionally, Master of Arts in Psychology, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Computer Applications degrees are also considered.

We require a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
