Key responsibilities include implementing client-specific customizations using product extension points and configuration layers. You will also build crucial integrations with client systems, such as identity providers, data warehouses, and third-party APIs. This role involves creating deployment scripts, configuration manifests, and migration utilities for each project.

Furthermore, you will diagnose and resolve production issues during go-live and hyper-care phases. Collaborating closely with engagement teams, you'll onboard them onto the product and transfer operational knowledge. Documenting all significant customization patterns is essential to facilitate faster replication by other team members.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of at least 2 years in building and deploying production software across a minimum of two distinct technology stacks. Fluency in at least two of the following languages/frameworks is essential: Java/Spring, Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js, .NET, or Go. Front-end proficiency in at least one modern framework like React, Angular, or Vue is required.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of relational and at least one NoSQL data store, with the ability to write performant queries. Expertise in REST/GraphQL API design and consumption, including handling authentication, pagination, error semantics, and versioning, is crucial. Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code review discipline, and a proactive approach to writing tests are expected.
